KURT FISCHBACHER – CEO
Born in Zurich, Switzerland, he slipped his free spirit into a backpack and travelled the world. When he reached Argentina, over 30 years ago, he explored it to its furthest corners.
“Argentina is a mini-world. It has every landscape, every climate, every culture… Everything! In a single country!” –he says, and he knows his beans.
In 2000 he finally settled in Buenos Aires and founded Dorado Travel with simple and clear guidelines: Swiss standards, Argentinean passion and extensive knowledge of the country.
Dorado Travel became the destination management company for many international tour operators, arranging tailor-made trips for high-end travelers and specialized groups all around Argentina.
Taking advantage of his vast experience, in 2018 Kurt gave birth to Pisadas, pouring all his knowledge in an affordable format, at the fingertips of the passionate travelers from all around the world.
