Located on the upper Iguazú River the lodge is surrounded by marshy lands and beautiful palmetto forest with its distinctive bird species. In the afternoon we return along the Urugua-í nature reserve and try to spot the tapir.
Early morning outing to observe toucans, tanagers and parakeets of Iguazú with the awakening sound of jungle. The afternoon is at leisure to enjoy the trails beneath the mighty falls. In the late afternoon we hike along the native forest and manioc plantations and enjoy sunset over the mighty Paraná River.
We enclose all day to discover some of the last remaining fragments of unique Paranaense Atlantic Forest with ancient Araucaria stands and other native tree species.
